The primary difference between Homeowners Insurance and Dwelling Insurance, is that in general, homeowners insurance is for a house that you own, or you are buying and you live in that house.  Dwelling Insurance is insurance for a house that you own (as an investment property), and you rent the house out to a tenant.  Dwelling insurance is sometimes referred to as Dwelling Fire insurance.

The Business Owners Package (BOP) policy combines commercial general liability coverage with commercial property (building, office furniture, office equipment, computers, equipment, etc.) coverage. Most businesses do not purchase a General Liability policy without some commercial property coverage, or purchase a Commercial Property policy without some general liability coverage. The Term Life Insurance instant online quote will be level term life quotes from up to 10 different, highly rated, life insurance companies.  These term life policies will be subject to full medical underwriting and may require a medical exam.  Also, applications can not be submitted online, we have to submit paper applications.

The Whole / Permanent Life Insurance instant online quote will be from Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company.  This policy does not require a medical exam, and is available for clients up to age 85.  The amount of insurance can be from $3,000 to $50,000.  You can apply online and pay online.  The application is simplified, and only takes a few minutes to complete.  The application takes about 10 minutes, and is available for customers in Georgia and Florida.
